- Grant Woodley Added May 01, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have just come from Franks and just had to share my experience. I would suggest Franks cafe to everyone, esp. those that are gluten free. What I wanted was not on the menu but they were willing to make it up anyway. The service was great and the staff were very friendly and they had something for all the family. They made us feel very welcome. Yes I will be going back. Try it out! You will not regret it.

Close parking can be a bit tight due to other shops, but there is plenty within a short walk (200m). Wheelchair parking and access right out the front.

- Evan Montero Added April 23, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Friendly staff and great coffee. Had the ceaser with salad and it was hardware lane/DeGraves quality! Generous servings, fresh tender chicken and crunchy croutons and cos lettuce. If I'm back in this area again I'll be sure to come back.

The cafe area was a bit grotty looking, could use a thorough clean, plus the exhaust system wasn't working at capacity leaving the dinning area quite smokey. Staff were not very well informed on availability of products and my flat white coffee was luke warm and weak. Not a particularly friendly atmosphere, but the young lady that took our order did her best to be friendly and smiling. Something the other staff members could try doing especially since they are also on display.
