- Triatan Murray Added August 14, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience to date! Extremely drawn out process, 9 weeks between the initial visit until I was able to sign the papers.
Within these 9 weeks I had one phone call returned out of approximately 6. According to the ATO they deposited my refund to this firm on the 02/11/15. The firm did not deposit into my account until 20/11/15. So from late June to late November to carry out a simple tax return.
I suggest finding out the total cost your invoice will amount to before you are left scratching your head with a $400 bill and a refund that wont even get you a weeks worth of groceries. I have had a better experience at H&R BLOCK sadly.
